Master Plan for 1600
Website: http://www.bacoc.org/
Project
Description:
Broken
Arrow is a fast-growing suburb city southeast of Tulsa,
Oklahoma. Broken Arrow Church of Christ is an established
congregation with an average attendance of 900. Their current
facilities include a sanctuary that will hold about 1,300
people, and a significant amount of Sunday School space.
However, they lack sufficient office space, Sunday School
space for adults and fellowship space for congregational
meals.
This
Master Plan will allow the congregation’s capacity to reach
about 1,600 with single services. It will be done in phases
to address the most critical needs first.
The first
phase will add a Multi-Purpose building to provide fellowship
area and adult classroom space. The second phase will finish
the second floor of the Multi-Purpose bulding. The third
phase will convert an existing classroom wing to office
space. The fourth phase will then convert the previous office
space to classroom space, and an existing small fellowship
area to a chapel and seminar center. With each phase, parking
will be added.
